Frequently Asking Questions
Do you do the post production editing?
All photos go through a basic post production editing process as needed. From there, it's up to you on how much or little is edited for each individual photo depending on whether or not its purpose is marketing purposes and what type of audience will be looking at them!
Where the clients can see the virtual tour?
Our virtual tour service is the perfect way to provide clients with an interactive experience of your property. Our team will create a unique link for it and then place in on your website, so that people can explore from your own website!
What exactly we do for making property video?
After the videographer shoots a virtual tour of your property, they will send us the raw footage so that our creative team can edit it to match your branding. We will use your branding and some catchy music to make the video more engaging. We will also load the video to your channel. If you don't have your own YouTube channel, don't worry, we can create one for you or you can use ours.
What is lower third and intro/ending?
A lower-third in videography is a graphic overlay that appears on the screen, typically in the lower third of the frame. It typically contains text or a logo, and its purpose is to identify or credit the realtor or your brand.
An intro is a short video/graphic that introduces your video. It could be your picture with your contact number. Some realtors prefer to place their contact detail at the end of the video as an ending sequence.

Would you do drone shot anywhere in BC?
Some places are restricted to fly the drone and sadly we can NOT use the advantage of drone. Please let us know the address of the property prior the shooting date, so we can confirm the feasibility of that for you.
